This is a player development space. Everyone has their own plan and goals, but the environment is built on belonging and unity. Everyone here needs to coexist, respecting one another.

We own our actions, our effort and our results, on the court and off it.

Each player is responsible for their own development, and for lifting the people around them.

We use performance to measure our success. Players set goals and tasks that are relevant to them, so they are achievable and owned by the player.
When it’s time to reflect, players rate themselves against their own measures of success, so everyone can see whether it was a good performance.

Training alongside school, work and other sport, so we can manage load.

Players are exposed to video and film work: watching tape, learning, and building a real understanding of the game. We use and teach universal terminology so everyone speaks the same language.
